When bikes meet hiking
The 6-day hybrid crossing is an unprecedented concept that combines bike adventure and mountain hiking. This loop with departure and arrival in Ajaccio takes you across one of the most beautiful parts of Corsica.
A sea and coast version is also possible !
Not a keen cyclist?
No problem! Our cycling stages are offered with a premium e-bike (VAE) that will allow you to complete all the climbs effortlessly and leave you time to marvel at the landscape.
Enjoy fully organized logistics to ensure continuity between the two practices :
- Roadbooks and GPS tools designed by field professionals.
- Delivery of bikes on site when you need them.
- Handling of transfers and part of the baggage according to the stay.

Jour 1 : Corte - Tavignanu gorges

Meet early morning at Ajaccio train station. Transfer to Corte. Hiking along the Tavignanu (swimming in summer) and visit of the historic capital are on the program for this first day. Night in Albertacce, Calacuccia or Corte.
Jour 2 : Niolu – Vergio On the transhumance routes

Near the lake for a moment, the path quickly leaves the last homes to climb towards the Verghju pass (1477m), the other gateway to Niolu. The highest peaks of the island accompany you all day. Night at the Vergio Pass.
Jour 3 : Vergio – Vergio Ninu Lake (North)

In the heart of the Paglia Orba volcanic massif, you climb towards the sources of the Golu and enter the world of high mountains. Stop at the sheepfolds and swim under the Radule waterfalls.
Jour 4 : Vergio – Vergio Ninu Lake (South)

Discover Ninu lake: in its meadow setting it is the most beautiful reward a hiker can dream of. End of your Mare e Mare - recovery of your hiking backpacks and delivery of your bikes for the start the next day of your bike crossing - night in Vergio.
Jour 5 : Vergio - Vico

Your stage begins with the descent through the Spelunca gorges. Then come the emblematic pines of the Aïtone forest. Far away the view of the Porto gulf. You then turn onto a small very wild road that will take you through the beautiful villages of Cristinacce and Renno.
Jour 6 : Vico - Pevani

Today's stage is absolutely magnificent, the road is peaceful there and the land-sea passage is incredible. Today you leave the mountains for the seaside, passing through the river. We can say the stage is complete.
Jour 7 : Pevani - Ajaccio

You will skirt the coastline before reaching Ajaccio which will mark the end of your bike adventure. And the end of a fabulous hybrid stay that will undoubtedly leave you with unforgettable memories.
